How to Book
If you've found a tour you'd love to join, simply send me an email and let me know which journey you're interested in. I'll reply personally, answer any questions you may have and guide you through the booking process.
There's no complicated online booking system, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you get in touch. We'll take it one step at a time together.
Five simple steps

Choose your tour and get in touch
Email me, send a message or book a call, no question is too small, and there's no obligation to book.

Receive your booking documents
I’ll email you our Tour Terms & Conditions and Waiver & Indemnity, and ask you to read through both documents before proceeding.
In the same email you’ll find links to two online forms.

Complete and return two short forms
Tour Participant Agreement Form – this confirms that you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Indemnity and Code of Conduct.
Traveller Questionnaire – this provides me with the practical information I need for your participation in the tour, including dietary requirements, mobility issues, allergies and other relevant information.

I check everything and send your deposit invoice
Once I receive notification that both forms have been submitted, I generate the deposit invoice and email it to you.
The deposit will normally be due within 30 days. If your booking is associated with a particular promotion, the invoice will instead show the payment deadline applicable to that promotion.

Pay your US$1,000 deposit and your place is secured
Once I receive notification that the deposit has been paid, your place on the tour is secured. I then send:
- Booking Acknowledgement
- General Information Document for France, England or both, depending on your tour/s
- Details of the next steps
- The due date for your Final Payment
Payment Options

Your deposit
US$1,000 per person secures your place.
The deposit will normally be due within 30 days of your invoice.
Ways to pay
- Credit card
- Direct deposit
- Monthly payment plan
No card fees.
You’ll receive an invoice with all the information required to make payment by direct deposit. In most cases, invoices are issued in USD. For Australian guests, I may offer a fixed AUD price to avoid currency fluctuations and conversion costs.
Final payment
Your Final Payment is due 90 days before your tour begins.
If you book 90 days or less before departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Monthly payment plans
I offer guests the option of paying the remaining balance of their tour through monthly payments rather than waiting and paying the entire balance at the Final Payment date.
There is no additional fee for choosing a monthly payment plan. This is simply a service I offer to make it easier for guests to budget for their adventure.
The plan is tailored to the individual guest according to when they book, the balance remaining and the time available before their Final Payment date.

If the Final Payment is due on 20 June 2027, the guest has US$8,990 remaining to pay, and the payment plan is being established at the end of September 2026, there are nine monthly payments available before the Final Payment date.

- Monthly payments are scheduled for the same numerical day of each month as the tour's Final Payment due date.
- I will usually round the regular monthly amount slightly to create simple, even payments rather than using an awkward amount such as US$998.89.
- The final payment can then be adjusted to account for the amount already paid and any optional activities or other extras the guest has subsequently added.
